Antoine Kinch, also known as DJ COMPLEX, is a deejay and radio personality that has been rocking dance floors for over two decades now. The New York Native has traveled around the US and internationally performing for all types of crowds.
His career started in high school in Westbury, Long Island. Music was always a passion for him and he played the string bass (upright & lap) in the orchestra and jazz band. In 1994, he would be selected to perform with the Brooklyn Philharmonic orchestra. Complex also sang in the Men's choir and Select choir participating in several competitions in Toronto, Atlanta, and Virginia Beach. That same year they sang with Kenny Rogers for his Christmas show at Westbury Music Fair.
Complex holds a bachelor of arts degree in Communications & Computer Science from Boston College. There from 1996-1998 he had his own late night show at WZBC, the college radio station.
In 1999 after graduating, Complex moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. There he partnered with two friends and they created Jouvay.com, a Caribbean entertainment company. He would work with other deejays in the area and go on to spin in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Jamaica & Barbados for different music festivals and CancunJumpoff.com in Cancun, Mexico. In November 2016, he dj'ed at the Mena house in Cairo and aboard the Sanctuary VI cruise ship on the Nile river in Egypt for Up In the Air Life Travel company!
He has worked with & opened up for Kanye West, Busta Rhymes, A Tribe Called Quest, The Fugees, De La Soul, Talib Kweli, Gangstarr, Danity Kane, Trey Songz, Alison Hinds & Square One, Spragga Benz, Elephant Man, Rupee, Sean Paul, Capleton, Sizzla, Baby Cham and more.
